Who this plan is for:

Designed for households who want to steadily build a well-stocked freezer without a large upfront cost. If food security, quality, and knowing exactly where your beef comes from matter to you, this plan was built for you.

Beef deliveries begin in Month 4.

Your first three months are used to fund processing and reserve your share. Starting in Month 4, you’ll begin receiving premium, grass-finished beef while monthly payments continue.

Month 4 Beef Allocation

• 1 Chuck Roast (2-3lbs. each)

• 2 Packs Short Ribs

• 1 Pack Cubed Steak

• 2 Packs Primal Blend (1 lb. each)

• 3 Packs Ground Beef (1 lb. each)

Month 5 Beef Allocation

• 1 Pack of Beef Fat (1-2 lb. pack)

• Choice of:

  • 1 Prime Rib Roast (3-rib) or

  • 3 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks

• 1 Pack Cubed Steak

• 1 lb. Primal Blend

• 3 lbs. Ground Beef

Month 6 Beef Allocation

• 1 Pack Meaty Soup Bones, Shanks, or Marrow Bones (1–2 lbs.)

• 3 Filet Mignons (6 oz. each)

• 2 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks

• 1 Chuck Roast (2–3 lbs.)

• 2 Packs Stew Beef or Beef Tips (1 lb. each)

• 1 Pack Primal Blend (1 lb.)

• 3 Packs Ground Beef (1 lb. each)

Month 7 Beef Allocation

• 3 New York Strip Steaks

• 4 Packs Ground Beef (1 lb. each)

• 1 Beef Brisket (2–3 lbs.)
